Who we are
The data controller is Marco Pavoncello, operating as Maison Ottaviano. You can reach us on WhatsApp or through the form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the inquiry form, WhatsApp or email: your name, email address, optional phone number, the dates and number of guests you ask about, and anything you choose to write in your message. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you decide to stay with us, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We will not send you marketing.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Our website is hosted by our hosting provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a stay are deleted within 12 months. If you stay with us, we keep what the law requires (for example tax and guest registration records) for the legally required period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
